"Zahra Saleki is an award-winning Iranian-Canadian visual artist whose work spans photography, video, and installation. Known for her abstract and formalist dance photography, Zahra uses movement, light, and poetry to explore themes of identity, memory, and social justice. Her work has been featured in major galleries and media outlets, including the Art Gallery of Ontario and CBC, and she was recently honored with the Catherine Bratty Award at the Toronto Outdoor Art Fair.
