Miriam is inspired by nature and strives to represent both landscapes and gardens in her own unique way. She tries to avoid literal interpretations by giving the viewer enough information without overstating it. These efforts keep her work fresh and contemporary. Her first love is colour, followed by the textures, rhythms, patterns and movement.
