I am a full time artist working in midtown Toronto. Nature is my spark. And my two-week residency in France last fall fueled this new collection of lush landscapes. After daily hikes and immersion in country life, I poured my optimistic and sensitive soul onto canvas. Does inspiration get any better than wandering through Monet’s gardens at Giverny?! I pulled out my sketchbook to paint en plein air and I was lost in the flora and fauna and fluffy sheep… and some people made it into the work too.
