Jian Zhang holds an MFA from Donghua University, China, and is a member of the China Artists Association. Based in Ottawa, his still-life paintings explore order, quietude, and time through carefully composed arrangements and a restrained, luminous palette. He held solo exhibitions in Ottawa in 2021 and 2022. His work is represented by Wall Space Gallery.
