Hanna is a Treaty 1-based multidisciplinary artist with a BFA (HON.) from the School of Art, University of Manitoba. Texture, pattern, and hands-on processes play a crucial role their practice, which has manifested through experiments with fabric, printmaking, public murals, and painting. A thread through all of her work is the soft architecture of fabric folds, and how their portrayals of them hover between abstract and representational. Hanna's murals can be found in Winnipeg and Calgary and has shown across Canada.
