Judith Fleurant is a self-taught painter with a passion for visual arts since her young age. A successful entrepreneur for many years, she decided to devote herself totally to her art and made the big decision a few years ago to sell her business and embrace her needs to create. To add an academic perspective to her practice, she then earned a certificate in visual and media arts from University of Quebec in Montreal in 2020 Today she paints in her studio located in Mont-Tremblant, surrounded by mountains and lakes. Inspired by this beautiful natural environment. She creates remarkable abstract landscapes. Fleurant is working with geometric abstraction she takes from nature while her colours are inspired by emotions surrounding her. The artist’s work process is very methodical and meticulous, her artwork refreshing with a very distinct style.
