Emma Enright is a textile designer and artist based in Hamilton, Ontario. Her work investigates the materiality of textiles with a specific emphasis on weaving. Drawing on traditional weaving techniques, Emma creates contemporary handwoven artworks designed for interior spaces. Emma received her Bachelor of Design, majoring in Textiles, from Ontario College of Art and Design University. She has created numerous custom artworks for both hospitality and residential interiors. Her work has been commissioned for prominent hospitality projects, including the newly opened Nobu Hotel Toronto and the Four Seasons Hotel. She has completed artist residencies across Canada and the United States and has exhibited her work within Canada. Emma works from her textile studio in Hamilton, located at the Cotton Factory.
