Billie MacFarland is a visual artist born and based in Toronto. They are currently working towards their BFA in Drawing and Painting at OCAD University. Their work has been featured at Red Head Gallery, OCAD Graduate Gallery and Remote Gallery. Through narrative paintings and ambiguous imagery that invites interpretation, Billie’s art prompts reflections on truth, authenticity, relationship and meaning making. Billie’s drive to make art comes from the desire to build meaningful connections with others. In the future, they want to keep making paintings and friends.
