Annie Parkes is a self-taught gouache artist from Toronto, Ontario. She has been exercising her creative skills and admiration for art from a young age. In pursuit of her passion, she made the decision to follow her intuition. She has since dedicated herself to becoming a timeless painter as she continues to emerge and progress in the industry of painting & fine artistry. Annie’s artworks invite viewers into her world of dreamy floralscapes and flourishing gardens by embracing the harmonization of music and colour. Her heart shines through her paintings as they come to life with song, while expressing stories of emotion, and connecting the human spirit through immersive artistic experience. “All of our lives are different- what connects us and makes us human is that we all experience love, romance, pain, sadness, anger, and happiness.
