Angela Hoang is a Toronto-based illustrator and artist whose work explores themes of memory and connection through depictions of food, gathering, and cultural spaces. Her practice derives from a sentimental desire to document her own experiences and reflect upon the deeper meaning behind the ordinary objects and everyday moments she encounters. Inspired by shared meals and cross-cultural narratives, Angela creates colourful images that feel familiar and evoke a sense of nostalgia. She has graduated from the University of Windsor with a BFA in Visual Arts and from Seneca Polytechnic with an Illustration diploma.
