Meet Alexander Denis, a Burlington-based painter that works in acrylic splatter. Tape and paper stencils shape his wild flicking of paint into landscapes and forms that reflect themes of banality and that which is overlooked. The physicality of paint is a focus of his, enjoying the texture - both physical and visual - of the medium. He recently graduated from the joint Art and Art History Program with Sheridan College and the University of Toronto.
