Éliane Ducros, based in Montreal, studied graphic design at University of Quebec in Montreal from 1988 to 1990. After graduting, she moved to Italy to study painting and illustration. She still works as a freelance Graphic Designer for top businesses in Canada. Food is art, is life, is joy, Éliane Ducros uses this universal truth to reveal unspoken notions that unveil our sensuality and vulnerability — we are civilized at the table but will lick our fingers following our favorite treat — in her “Food art” collection of contemporary fine art! Convinced that beauty inspires calm and brings peace and healing, Éliane Ducros invests in Therapeutic Art and presents her creations where they contribute to the common well-being. Her first standout piece “Zanzibar” was picked up, among 24,721 pieces, by Saatchi gallery to be featured in the “Pop Gifts” Collection, a part of Saatchi Art’s 2015 Gift Guide Collections.
